Based out of Los Angeles, Hilary O’Brien is a one-woman force when it comes to brand equity building and communications management. All the more reason for a really strong logo and identity suite—one that makes you look good while you’re busy out there doing the same for your clients.
In other words, this wasn’t just brand identity. For Hilary, this was employee #2.
The brandmark is an elegant-but-proud form that uses the letters “H” and “O” together as a single unit. No, that’s not a font. No artists were commissioned. This is a completely custom blackletter that I hand lettered, just for Hilary. It’s more than an engaging mark. It pays homage to the history of the written word (Hilary is also an exceptional writer) and the evolution of communications.
